GARR

Hello, my name is Garr. I’ve driven the equivalent of over 30 times around the earth on everything from 2 wheels to 18 wheels! I couldn’t help but to see and learn a thing or two, and I enjoy utilizing my background in teaching to pass it on to you.

I always treat my students with dignity and respect, because they deserve it and it’s just who I am. I also pride myself on being able to adjust lessons and teaching style based on the students’ needs.

Beyond all that, I enjoy and cultivate a relaxed and fun atmosphere - it is possible to be professional and have fun at the same time. That’s how we do it in the Sane Lane!

Here is the playlist of calm piano music we often use during lessons. It makes a cool soundtrack type vibe for driving. (Yes, the first piece is called LA Crash. O well.)

Often during a driving lesson we get to talking cars, and I always seem to work my daily driver and my motorcycle into the conversation, ha ha! I put pictures of them here to have a place to send students who “ask” about my Challenger and my Triumph:

Black Dodge Challenger parked on a grassy field with a distant view of a lake and hills under a cloudy sky.
Silver Triumph motorcycle with a rear storage compartment and tank bag on a driveway
Motorcyclist riding on a curvy road next to rocky cliffs and green forest with a blue sky overhead.
Black Dodge Challenger with racing stripes parked in a parking lot, surrounded by trees.
